This is a part-time position, 30 hours per week, on a fixed-term contract until 31 March 2027, with a pro-rated salary of £21,072.
Join our team as a Pantry Assistant and help provide vital support to local people every day. This role is perfect if you want to give back to the community while staying active and engaged.
You’ll be at the heart of our pantry network; collecting and delivering food, keeping stock organised, and ensuring everything meets food safety standards. It’s hands-on work that involves lifting boxes and moving between locations, so you’ll need to be physically able and have a full driving licence.
Beyond the practical tasks, you’ll build relationships with volunteers, suppliers, and pantry members, creating a welcoming, inclusive environment. You’ll also support cash handling during sessions and help promote the positive impact of our pantries.
