We’re currently recruiting a Housing Options Officer to provide an excellent housing options and advice service. A key part of this role is delivering comprehensive advice and assistance to people in housing need. You will have a core focus on preventing homelessness and helping people explore alternative accommodation options.
We are looking for someone who has:
- The ability and passion to deliver a high-quality service to customers.
- The ability to work positively within a team setting.
- A strong knowledge of housing options legislation (or the ability and passion to learn), and an understanding of homelessness prevention tools.
- The ability to listen actively, and is able to empathise with customers.
