Stockport Homes Group is seeking two Emergency Accommodation & Move-On Support Officers on a fixed-term basis for two years to join the Housing Options Team. You will work with households in bed and breakfast or hotel accommodation to move into suitable, sustainable housing quickly, providing practical advice and support.
You will identify housing opportunities, including private rented options, connect customers with debt, budgeting, employment and digital inclusion services, assess suitability.
