Are you a strategic property leader who thrives on delivering safe, high quality homes and shaping the future of housing development? Stockport Homes Group is looking for an exceptional Assistant Director Assets and Development to lead one of our most critical and high impact portfolios.
In this influential role, you will have strategic oversight of asset management, capital investment, building safety, compliance, energy efficiency and newbuild development. You will lead multidisciplinary teams across assets, development, compliance and design, ensuring our homes are safe, sustainable and fit for the future while driving innovation, value for money and long term investment.
We are looking for someone who:
