An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Maintenance team within Three Sixty as a Joiner.
As a Joiner you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive joinery service in accordance with the relevant safety regulations and departmental procedures in both empty and tenanted domestic properties, ensuring that all work is undertaken effectively and to a high standard and to the customer and client’s satisfaction. Undertake all aspects of joinery installations and repairs, relevant to domestic and commercial properties, all to the highest quality and standard in accordance with work requests and pre-determined specifications, to a wide range of fixtures and fittings
To be successful in this role, candidates must be able to thrive under pressure and be energised by fast paced work. You must be able to demonstrate a registered apprenticeship, NVQ level 2 or equal & approved method of training; coupled with a good knowledge of Health and Safety. Candidates will ideally hold a CSCS card & emergency first aid at work qualification however first aid is not essential. A necessary training plan will be developed if required. The successful candidate will have a good knowledge of the advertised discipline and be able to work; at heights from: ladders, and scaffolding, work in in confined spaces and capable of working to deadlines without the quality of the service being offered slipping. Experience of installing fire doors and fire related works is desirable, along with the ability to deliver multi-trade works.
To be successful in this role, you must hold a full UK manual driving license.
