We’re currently recruiting a Homelessness Prevention Officer to provide an excellent Housing Options and advice service. A key part of this role is delivering advice and assistance to people in housing need. You will have a core focus on preventing homelessness and helping people explore alternative accommodation options.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has the ability and passion to deliver a high-quality service to customers
  • Works positively within a team setting
  • Has experience, or a strong knowledge of housing options and homeless prevention tools
  • Listens actively and empathises with customers
