We are currently recruiting a Homelessness Prevention Officer to deliver an excellent housing options and advice service.
This role focuses on providing advice and assistance to people in housing need, with a core emphasis on preventing homelessness and exploring alternative accommodation options.
We are looking for someone who can:
- Deliver high-quality service to customers with passion and dedication
- Work positively within a team environment
- Possess experience or strong knowledge of housing options and homeless prevention tools
- Listen actively and empathize with customers
