We have formed and grown since inception back in 2016, with a pipeline of capital works projects, new build and other external refurbishment & alterations projects. Three Sixty has the vision to design, build, refurbish and regenerate places to improve economic and social outcomes for people.
We are currently recruiting for a Gas Engineer to join our team! The role of the Gas Engineer is to undertake gas servicing, repairs and installations to domestic properties, ensuring that all work that is undertaken meets current Gas Safe Regulations and is delivered to a high standard.
As one of our Gas Engineers, you will be responsible for:
- Carrying out gas servicing, repair works and rectify any gas faults to domestic gas central heating installations and remedial works
- Liaising with both clients and customers when arranging and carrying out works
- Undertaking fault diagnosis and reports for domestic properties
- Undertaking all works in accordance with relevant health and safety legislation and safe methods of works
- Creating accurate risk assessments and method statements.
- Ensuring your company vehicle is maintained, kept tidy and cleaned as required in line with company policy
- Having the availability to cover emergency out of hours rota when required
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Demonstrable experience of manual delivery of domestic gas installations
- A good understanding of the process for rectifying and upgrading domestic gas installations
- Latest Edition of the Gas Safe regulations including amendments, City and Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) in domestic gas safe installations
- Up to date ACS Gas Safe qualifications with a minimum of CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 & HTR1
- Good knowledge of Health and Safety and the ability to identify risks
- The technical ability and knowledge to deliver works to meet Gas Safe standards to ensure compliance is achieved
- Ideally having experience of working in domestic properties in relation to a social housing environment
- Excellent communication skills across all levels both written and verbal
A full UK driving licence is essential for this role
