Stockport Grammar School is seeking to appoint a Personal Assistant to the Bursar.This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with outstanding administrative, organisational and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Bursar, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the School’s business functions.
Acting as a trusted point of contact, the Personal Assistant to the Bursar will manage a varied workload, including diary management, meeting coordination, correspondence and administrative projects, whilst maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality. The role requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The School offers a competitive salary and enrolment into a generous contributory pension scheme. In addition, employees who have children in the School are eligible for a percentage remission of fees. Lunch is provided free of charge during term time and all staff are able to use the School’s sports facilities which includes use of the swimming pool.
