Stockport Council is seeking a Transportation Officer (Sustainable Transport and Highways) to help deliver a portfolio of transport projects, working with senior officers, councillors, developers, residents and businesses to create a greener, safer and more inclusive network.

Key areas include electric vehicle charging projects, policy development, school street schemes, monitoring and evaluation, and scheme activation events. This is a hybrid, 37-hours-per-week role, temporary up to 2 years.
