About the Role
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and compassionate SENDCo to lead and further develop our SEND provision across school. The successful candidate will join our Senior Leadership Team and play a key role in shaping outstanding inclusive practice and provision for our learners and families. Our SENDCo must model and lead the ‘we can’ culture that permeates throughout our school.

- A Behaviour mentor who supports families, coaches staff and supports our most vulnerable children.

- Support and empower colleagues to grow in confidence, expertise and understanding so that inclusion remains everyone’s responsibility.
- Have strong leadership, organisational and interpersonal skills, alongside a deep commitment to nurturing both children’s emotional wellbeing and academic success.
