Your Role

We’re looking for a Licensing Officer to join our busy and dedicated Licensing Team to help deliver a critical statutory function that safeguards public safety, prevents exploitation and strengthens trust within our communities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied caseload.
  • Deal with applications.
  • Investigate complaints.
  • Carry out inspections.
  • Take enforcement action where necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and partners.

  • Strong organisational skills, sound judgement, and the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
  • Can interpret legislation confidently and take fair, proportionate action when needed.
