Stockport Council is seeking an Intensive Support Worker in the Leaving Care Team to provide tailored, empowering support to care leavers aged 16–25. The role covers transitional support into adulthood, delivery of group activities and workshops, and active involvement with the Care Leavers Forum to ensure young people's voices shape the services they receive.

Based in Central House with hybrid/work-from-home options, the post is on a 37-hour full-time basis, scale 5 salary (£29,540-£32,061).
