The EHCP Team at Stockport Council is looking for an Education Health and Care plan (EHCP) Plan Writer to join on a temporary 2‑year contract. The successful candidate will support colleagues in the EHCP service to draft clear, child and outcome focused EHC plans for children and young people aged 0‑25. This is a challenging and busy role within a friendly team.
We are particularly keen to hear from candidates who have experience working with children and young people with special educational needs and their families and who have strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
