The post holder will provide leadership at an appropriate level to establish and maintain a strength-based culture of teamwork, achievement, accountability, and outcome focus. This includes providing supervision and support to the staff team as well as contributing to the ongoing development of the service.

Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership at an appropriate level to establish and maintain a strength-based culture of teamwork, achievement, accountability, and outcomes.
- Provide supervision and support to the staff team and contribute to ongoing service development.
- Support the development of staff and colleagues to achieve better outcomes for young people and adults with Care Act eligible needs.
- Demonstrate effective budgeting and problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality services.
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote a positive and inclusive working environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience of working with adults and young people who are becoming adults and have Care Act eligible needs.
- Experience of working with young people and adults who have a learning disability or autism.
- Ability to develop social workers to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Creative with budgets and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Team player with a commitment to achieving better outcomes for service users.
