Your Role
The Neighbourhood service is looking to recruit a Senior Social Worker who has experience of working with adults in line with the Care Act to promote and enhance their well-being. The post holder will provide support with leadership at an appropriate level to establish and maintain a strength-based culture of teamwork, achievement, accountability, and outcome focused. This includes providing supervision and support to the staff team as well as contributing to the ever-developing service.
About You
- We are looking for somebody who is a team player, who has experience and drive in developing and supporting newly qualified and experienced social workers to achieve the best they can.
- Has good time management and organisation skills.
- Has ambition and creativity; we are a developing service, and we are looking for individuals who can be creative and good at problem solving.
- Has the ability to understand budgets and the impacts.

We work within the Care Act to support our residents to lead Happier and Healthier lives through wellbeing and prevention agenda.
