Scale 5 (£28,598 - £31,022), 37 hours a week, full‑time, temporary (3 years). Hybrid: Fred Perry House with some homeworking after induction.
Responsibilities
The role is part of the Adult Social Care Front Door Team and focuses on being the first point of contact for enquiries. The successful candidate will provide a responsive and effective service, handling all customer contacts in a professional and appropriate manner. Specialising in the referral and information needs related to the Making Every Adult Matter programme.
Qualifications
- Self‑motivated and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous customer‑service experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
