The Governors of our friendly, inclusive primary school are seeking to appoint an inspirational and highly motivated playworker to join our dedicated team. This is a particularly exciting time to become part of Arden Primary School, as we welcome a new, ambitious Headteacher and continue our drive to make Arden a flagship school within the local area.

We are looking for a playworker who will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and play experiences for children aged 4 to 11 in our before and after school club. You will work closely as a team to support each child's individual needs in a safe, secure, and welcoming environment. The playworker will be someone who is caring, energetic, and confident working with children. The ideal candidate will be a team player who can also work independently and who understands the needs of children and families.
Arden Primary is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The successful applicant's appointment will be subject to satisfactory pre-employment clearances including a Disclosure and Barring Service check and online searches.
