Stockport School is seeking an Intervention Coordinator β HLTA to support identification of student needs and coordinate targeted interventions.
The role is 32 hours per week during term time plus two additional days, with a permanent contract and a start date in October or as soon as possible.
The successful candidate will work under the Senior Mental Health Lead, coordinating the targeted intervention pathway and contributing to a wider team to ensure timely, effective support for students.
