Your Role
As Site Supervisor, you will take pride in the safety, security, and upkeep of three of our academy sites. This is a pivotal role where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for ensuring our schools remain high-quality environments for pupils and staff, balancing scheduled compliance checks with reactive repairs.
To be responsible for:
- Maintaining clean, safe and secure school premises, which includes buildings and grounds
- Carrying out handyperson activities, routine maintenance and refurbishment, porterage, and minor repairs
- Some supervision of school cleaning staff
- Promoting health and safety around the school
- Supervising external contractors
