Dial Park is a home with a strong identity, a warm and nurturing culture, and a staff team who genuinely care about the children and young people they support.

As Registered Manager, you will provide clear, compassionate and confident leadership, ensuring children remain at the heart of every decision. This is a role where relationships matter. We are looking for someone who can combine high expectations with warmth, curiosity and good judgement; someone who can support and inspire a team, build strong partnerships, and help children make sense of their experiences, develop confidence and move forward positively in their lives.

For the right person, this is a rare opportunity to lead a well‑established home with deep roots in the community, while playing a key role in the next stage of Stockport’s residential journey.

You will bring:

  • A strong commitment to children’s rights and achieving the very best outcomes.
