We are looking for an Early Years Teacher to join our forward-thinking Early Years team serving a richly diverse community. We are committed to a child-centred approach and have successfully embedded a Planning in the Moment curriculum. Our well-resourced, creative learning environment develops children as independent learners.
We are an outstanding Nursery School, Ofsted December 2024.
We are looking for an EYFS lead who:
has previous experience of teaching in Early Years
can lead and manage a large team of staff
demonstrates strong knowledge of the Early Years curriculum
shares an understanding of the importance of a child-centred approach to learning
displays a willingness to foster and develop home-school links
has enthusiasm, motivation and creativity
will contribute positively to our school community
will support and uphold the ethos of our school.
has an understanding of SEND
The successful candidate will have a clear understanding of outstanding teaching in an Early Years setting, have excellent communication; organisation and interpersonal skills; be able to and have the desire to lead and manage a large team; be driven to ensure the best outcomes for all our children.
