To be considered for this wonderful opportunity, you must be able to demonstrate:
- a track record of good or better classroom practice, particularly in the Early Years Foundation Stage
- the ability to work effectively in a team
- an excellent understanding of how young children learn
- meeting the challenges that being in EYFS can bring
You will need to demonstrate:

- an excellent, in-depth understanding of the EYFS curriculum, provision and end of year assessment requirements
- very high expectations of your teaching, children's progress, attainment and behaviour

- the ability to communicate effectively with parents/carers, children, governors and staff
