Your Role
As a Tutor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional delivery, guidance, and support to learners embarking on their educational journey. You will share your expertise and passion for teaching to empower individuals to pursue further learning, engage in volunteering, or seek employment. Your duties will include facilitating engaging training sessions, developing course materials, and offering personalised support to help learners make informed career decisions.
About You
For Teaching Assistants: You will hold a teaching qualification and have extensive experience delivering accredited Level 2 and 3 courses in Supporting Teaching and Learning. Strong subject knowledge, effective teaching strategies, excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and reliability are essential.
For ESOL: You will deliver, guide, and support learners in developing digital skills for ESOL. Your role involves facilitating training, developing materials, and supporting learners to make informed career choices.
