Position: Family Help Co‑ordinator – 18.5 hours, Part‑time, Permanent – Salary £17,216 – £19,576 pro‑rata (SO1). Hybrid: 1 Garners Lane, Adswood and homeworking.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a front‑line service to families in line with Stockport Family’s "Start Well" & early help strategies, national supporting families programme and the Healthy Child programme 0‑19 ensuring families receive the right response at the right time.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in direct work with children and families across various settings including family homes.
  • Passion and commitment to improve outcomes for children and families, always considering the voice of the child, young person, and family/community context.
  • Experience facilitating groups and using evidence‑based programmes to work with parents, children and young people to achieve positive behaviour change.
  • Commitment to professional development, willingness to engage in learning opportunities, and enthusiasm for being part of Stockport Family.
