Hybrid: Stockport Civic Complex or Abingdon Road Family Hub with some homeworking

Your Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Family Help Coordinator to join our Family Help teams. You will provide a front-line service, working in line with Stockport Family’s start well and early help strategies, national supporting families programme and the healthy child programme 0-19 to ensure families receive the right response at the right time.

About You

You will be experienced in direct work with children and families, in a variety of settings including family homes. You will be passionate and committed to improving outcomes for Children and Families. You always consider the voice of the child and young person in the context of the family and community functioning. You will have experience of facilitating groups and using evidence-based programmes to work with parents, children and young people to achieve positive behaviour change. You will be committed to your professional development, take up the vast amount of learning opportunities on offer and be excited about being part of Stockport Family.
