Your Role
We seek dedicated children’s social workers to support our community. Our relationship-centred approach means our social workers assess and intervene from initial family support to case closure, ensuring continuity and meaningful outcomes.
As a Senior Practitioner, you will build and maintain relationships with families, support performance management, and mentor less experienced staff, all while managing a manageable caseload to foster professional growth.

About You
