St James’ Catholic High School is a popular and oversubscribed 11-16 mixed comprehensive Catholic High School which was judged by OFSTED to be a “Good” school in April 2022, with “Outstanding” Outcomes for Pupils. The Diocese of Shrewsbury judged our school to be a “Good” Catholic school. The governors of the school wish to appoint an inspirational, ambitious and highly motivated Teacher of Mathematics.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching of Mathematics to pupils in the 11-16 range.
- Support the school mission and ethos within a Catholic environment.
- Contribute to the creation of a positive learning environment and pupil outcomes as part of a committed staff team.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Desire to be inspirational, ambitious and highly motivated in the role of a Mathematics teacher (as stated by the governors).
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
