Your Role
Highfields College is seeking to appoint a Specialist Mentor Attendance and Outreach Officer. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing a comprehensive and high quality outreach and support service to the school to improve overall attendance, alongside some administrative duties.

A key feature for successful candidates is the ability to empathise with students with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties and to work positively in a challenging and sometimes demanding environment. This school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
