Details of the Role

The prime responsibility of this post is to design an inspiring curriculum in line with the school and trust curriculum vision. The role will support the enterprise department in providing high quality teaching and learning to maximise every student’s potential. Innovation and vision are required to strengthen and enhance curriculum implementation via the lens of a subject discipline, creating ambitious academic outcomes for the school’s diverse student body. The post holders should be passionate about their curriculum, informed by the latest curriculum research, committed, self-reflective, community-spirited and attentive to high standards.

Our enterprise department is well established, with Business Studies being a popular option in Key Stage 4 and over 120 students choosing it each year. As a lead teacher, you will work to design and drive an exciting curriculum aligned with Kingsway School’s vision and the Education Learning Trust (ELT) priorities.
