Your Role
We are looking for an Experienced Social Worker to join our Adult Social Care team. You will use your extensive experience in statutory social work and knowledge of the Care Act in particular section 42 to demonstrate professional knowledge and good practice in situations of high complexity, especially where an adult has been identified as being harmed due to abuse or neglect. You will undertake S42 enquiries, keeping safeguarding personal at the centre of the enquiry. You will work in partnership with others, complete enquiry reports and ask others to make enquiries on behalf of the Local Authority.
