Following the appointment of our current Deputy Headteacher to their first Headship, we are seeking an exceptional, child-centred leader to join our highly successful school.

We are seeking a leader who:
- Is deeply child-centred with a proven track record of raising achievement for all pupils across the curriculum
- Has successful experience teaching across the infant age range
- Possesses high emotional intelligence and the ability to inspire, develop and get the very best from a talented team
- Is passionate about adaptive teaching and skilled at removing barriers to learning, particularly for pupils with SEND
- Is resilient, outward-facing, and ready to play a key strategic role in leading an already outstanding school
- Is committed to collaboration and supporting other schools on their journey to excellence
- Has SENDCO experience or the desire to gain qualifications and experience
- Has experience of a deputy safeguarding role or the commitment to train for this role
