Your Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Stockport Fostering Service as an Advanced Practitioner. The post will be within the Recruitment and Assessment Team and involves the recruitment, assessment and training of prospective mainstream foster carers. Stockport’s Fostering Service seeks to deliver a highly professional service to foster carers, special guardianship families and children and young people. You will be joining a well-established successful service that welcomes creativity and innovation.

You will need the ability and confidence to work in a fast-paced environment, a proven track record of prioritising workloads, be passionate about providing the best possible care for our local children and be committed to the future growth of the service.
