We are seeking to appoint a strategic and innovative School Business Manager to progress school related business developments across our school.
Reporting to the school Headteacher, this is an exciting opportunity for a reliable and conscientious School Business Manager with a track record of leadership and operations management to join the team.
The School Business Manager will lead a team of support staff. This is an exciting opportunity for somebody to join our inclusive team and work with the school to support its efficiencies in business practice. The School Business Manager role will include oversight of core business functions such as administration, finance management, best-value management, information technology, administrative HR functions and Estates and Health and Safety. They will work as part of the school to maximise best practice in these areas and to offer the school the relevant business support.
The successful candidate will have experience of and responsibility for:
The development, management, operation, and delivery of support services within a large primary school with a multi-disciplinary support structure.
To take a lead role, in consultation with the school Headteacher, in developing, and continuously improving the school’s specialist support functions to meet the needs and aspirations of the students, staff and governors.
To maximise income generation for Oak Tree Primary School through bids and funding in consultation with the wider leadership team.
The successful candidate will be an exceptional business leader with skills to enhance the business operations of school life in order to maximise benefits for pupils.
