Four Rivers Trust – High Line Primary School

Responsibilities:

  • Administer lunchtime provision across two schools, including ordering and designing bespoke menus.
  • Use IT systems for menu design, online ordering and meeting deadlines.
  • Coordinate with meal provider, school staff and students to obtain feedback and ensure meals are nutritious, balanced and appealing.
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards.
  • Manage heating, serving and portion control of meals daily.
  • Support the wider administrative tasks and training around food hygiene.
  • Provide technical and administrative support to the team at both High Line Primary School and Oakgrove School.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A Level 3 food hygiene qualification and competency in managing heating, serving and portion control.
  • Strong IT literacy for ordering and menu design systems.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and deliver meals on time.
  • Experience working within a small team.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
