Your Role

As Site Supervisor, you will take pride in the safety, security, and upkeep of three of our academy sites. This is a pivotal role where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for ensuring our schools remain high‑quality environments for pupils and staff, balancing scheduled compliance checks with reactive repairs.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining clean, safe and secure school premises, which includes buildings and grounds
  • Carrying out handyperson activities, routine maintenance and refurbishment, porterage, and minor repairs
  • Some supervision of school cleaning staff
  • Promoting health and safety around the school
  • Supervising external contractors
