This is a role where relationships matter.
We are looking for someone who can combine high expectations with warmth, curiosity and good judgement; someone who can support and inspire a team, build strong partnerships, and help children make sense of their experiences, develop confidence and move forward positively in their lives. For the right person, this is a rare opportunity to lead a well‑established home with deep roots in the community, while playing a key role in the next stage of Stockport’s residential journey.
