Your Role

You will be the first point of contact for face-to-face access to council services and advice. Adding value to the customer experience at receptions within the civic complex by greeting and pro-actively engaging with customers assessing wants and needs, providing information, signposting to services as well as supporting and coaching customers using computers and other systems to ensure access for all to Council services.

You will be able to work under pressure, at pace and have a logical approach to problem solving.
