The Governors of our friendly, inclusive primary school are seeking to appoint an inspirational and highly motivated Before and After School Club Manager to join our dedicated team. This is a particularly exciting time to become part of Arden Primary School, as we recently welcomed a new, ambitious Headteacher and continue our drive to make Arden a flagship school within the local area.
Arden Primary was once again judged to be a ‘Good’ school by Ofsted in July 2024. We are proud of our reputation for educational excellence and our commitment to inclusive, child-centred learning. Our school community is thriving, with enthusiastic children, a dedicated team and strong partnerships with families and the wider community. We are looking for a Before and After School Club Manager who will lead the day-to-day management and organisation of the Before and After School Club, playing a vital role in delivering high-quality care and play experiences for children aged 4 to 11. You will work closely as a team to support each child’s individual needs in a safe, secure, and welcoming environment. The Before and After School Club Manager will be someone who is caring, energetic, and confident working with staff and children. The ideal candidate will be a team player who can also work independently and who understands the needs of children and families.
