We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our Stockland Halcyon (Land Lease Communities) Residential Construction team in a permanent full-time role based at Halcyon Edgebrook, Eagleby.
What You’ll Do:
- Work closely with the Senior Site Supervisor to plan, manage and deliver multiple residential homes from commencement through to handover.
- Ensure builds are completed safely, on time and within budget, while meeting Stockland Halcyon’s high quality standards and legislative requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, contractors and suppliers to drive efficient site operations and consistent delivery outcomes.
About You:
You’re passionate about residential construction and take pride in delivering high quality homes. You thrive in a fast paced environment where organisation, collaboration and attention to detail are key, and you’re looking to further develop your supervisory expertise within a supportive team.
Experience & Skills That Count:
- Tertiary and/or trade qualification in building or construction related discipline.
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor within residential construction.
- Strong experience managing subcontractors, trades and site activities.
- Solid understanding of WHS, building legislation, regulations and codes.
