We are now seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, dedicated, and inspiring Teacher of Modern Foreign Languages to join our committed and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate practitioner to contribute to a thriving languages department and make a real difference to the lives of our students.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and potentially Key Stage 5 if applicable).
- Inspire and motivate students to develop a love of languages and cultural understanding.
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to a range of abilities.
- Monitor and support student progress, ensuring all learners achieve their full potential.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school, including enrichment opportunities and trips.
What you'll need to succeed
- Is a qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with a specialism in one or more modern foreign languages (e.g. French, Spanish, German).
- Has a strong subject knowledge and a passion for language learning.
- Demonstrates excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Is committed to raising standards and achieving the best outcomes for all students.
- Works collaboratively as part of a team and contributes positively to the school community.
