The Role
This is a key hire to elevate the Paid Media function - bringing broader channel expertise, stronger performance marketing capability, and the ability to introduce new channels and strategies. The role will combine hands-on campaign delivery, strategic oversight and early-stage leadership, with the opportunity to take real ownership of the Paid Media function as it grows.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver paid media strategy across B2B and B2C clients
- Manage and optimise campaigns across:
- Paid Social (Meta, etc.)
- PPC (Google and others)
- Introduce and scale new paid channels, including:
- LinkedIn Ads
- Affiliate / partner marketing
- Additional paid acquisition channels
- Drive performance marketing outcomes (ROI, CAC, lead quality)
- Analyse and report on campaign performance with clear insights
- Support the development of junior team members (initially 1 direct report)
- Contribute to the growth and direction of the Paid Media function
Ideal Background
- Typically 8–10+ years' experience within Paid Media, ideally within an agency environment
- Strong experience across multiple paid media channels (beyond just Meta/PPC)
- Proven experience in performance marketing across B2B and/or B2C
- Experience managing meaningful budgets and delivering measurable commercial outcomes
- Exposure to introducing or scaling new channels is highly beneficial
- Comfortable operating in both hands-on and strategic capacities
