We’re working on behalf of a fast-growing SaaS company to find an experienced and hands-on Head of QA to join their engineering team in a full-time role. This is a pivotal position for someone who can bring a strategic mindset while staying close to day-to-day operations, helping shape and strengthen the QA function to support ambitious growth plans.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead software testing efforts (functional, performance, regression) for web and mobile platforms.
- Build upon and advance the existing test automation strategy.
- Support the Head of Engineering with release cycles and quality processes.
- Create and execute test cases to ensure QA best practices are met.
- Run and manage both manual and automated tests.
- Identify, track, and report defects with clarity.
- Collaborate with developers and support teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Mentor junior QA staff and help embed a culture of continuous improvement.
- Clearly communicate findings to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Maintain high-quality documentation including test cases, results, and bug reports.
What They\’re Looking For:
- 3+ years in a similar QA leadership or senior-level QA role.
- Experience with API testing tools like Postman.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organisational, written, and verbal communication abilities.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach in fast-moving environments.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with mobile testing.
- Familiarity with Git & GitHub.
