Full Stack Engineer

Location: Must be UK based – Fully Remote

The Role

This is a genuinely hands-on senior position. You’ll design, build, and ship features across the full stack while acting as a technical role model to a capable full stack developer.

You won’t be buried in meetings or removed from delivery – this role is about building great software, making pragmatic decisions, and helping others do their best work.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and shipping features across frontend and backend
• Taking ownership of features from idea through to production
• Reviewing code and supporting a developer with best practices and decisions
• Improving architecture, performance, and reliability
• Collaborating closely with product and leadership
• Leading by example – technically and culturally
• React, Next.js, TypeScript
• Node.js, Koa
• AWS, Flightcontrol (deployments & server management)
