We’re supporting a growing UK-based organisation that acquires and integrates smaller businesses and is looking to strengthen its hands‑on technical integration capability. This role is field‑based in nature, working closely with newly acquired sites to support the on‑ground integration of IT systems, data, and processes into a wider group environment. You’ll play a key role during and after acquisition, acting as the technical bridge between existing teams, third‑party suppliers, and central IT.

The Role

  • Provide on‑site technical support during business integrations
  • Carry out technical due diligence on incoming systems and environments
  • Support system, data, and documentation migrations
  • Identify integration risks and help implement practical solutions
  • Liaise with external IT providers to manage handovers and service transitions
  • Support users post‑integration to ensure systems are stable and usable

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong hands‑on IT support or integration experience
  • Comfortable working across multiple sites and environments
  • Experience with data, systems, or infrastructure migrations
  • Confident communicator with non‑technical stakeholders
  • Exposure to regulated or professional services environments is beneficial
