Job Type: Full Time

We’re working with a high-growth, venture-backed fintech building AI-powered finance automation tools that are transforming how B2B companies manage billing, invoicing, and receivables. They’re looking for a mid-level Product Designer (3–4 years’ experience) to join their design function and help create intuitive, intelligent workflows for finance teams. You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, and founders to bring AI-native product experiences to life — from concept through to delivery.

What You’ll Do

  • Design AI-first product experiences across billing, collections, and finance automation.
  • Collaborate with PMs and engineers through discovery and delivery.
  • Define how AI agents behave — when they automate, prompt, or explain.
  • Move between conceptual design, UX flow mapping, and detailed UI work.
  • Prototype rapidly and test designs with stakeholders and users.
  • Contribute to the early design culture and help define visual and interaction standards.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2–4 years’ experience as a Product Designer (ideally B2B SaaS).
  • Strong understanding of interaction and systems design.
  • A passion for AI, fintech, or automation tools.
  • Proficiency in Figma and rapid prototyping.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.

Why This Role

  • Join a venture-backed fintech during a high-growth phase.

  • Hybrid working – 3 days per week in the London office.
  • £70K–£90K salary + equity.
