Recruitment co-ordinator Β£18,197 per annum Sale, Manchester Permanent Part-Time Recruitment Co-ordinator Join a dynamic team as a Recruitment Co-ordinator, supporting all aspects of the recruitment process to help attract, select, and onboard talented professionals. Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job advertising, shortlisting, and arranging interviews β Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases β Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies β Support external and internal recruitment campaigns, including careers events β Provide regular progress updates and recruitment reports to stakeholders β Previous experience in recruitment administration, HR, or a similar co-ordination role β Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) β Experience with applicant tracking systems or HR software β 28 days holiday per year pro rata including bank holidays, increased holiday with service, pension scheme, Medicash (including 24hr GP, discounts, wellbeing aids), life insurance, comprehensive training, monthly staff prize draw, early access to earned salary with Stream. 18,197 per annum (part-time, 25 hrs) to Β£27,295 per annum (full-time, pro rata) Please submit your CV and a short cover letter outlining your suitability for the Recruitment Co-ordinator role.
