As a British manufacturer with an expanding international presence, we are entering an exciting phase of growth and are actively seeking ambitious Regional Sales Managers to help drive our continued success in the UK and overseas.

For decades, Stock Sweepers has built a reputation for designing and manufacturing high quality truck mounted road sweepers. Our products are trusted by contractors, local authorities, utilities companies, and infrastructure organisations throughout the UK and increasingly across international markets. Our commitment to innovation, quality, and customer support has created strong demand for our products, and we are now looking for talented sales professionals to help us develop new territories and strengthen existing relationships.

The Opportunity

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and managing customer relationships within your territory.
  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Working closely with dealers, distributors, and end users.
  • Demonstrating and promoting our range of specialist equipment.
  • Representing the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Providing valuable market intelligence to support future product development.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably within capital equipment, commercial vehicles, construction equipment, municipal equipment, or related industries.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A self-motivated and entrepreneurial approach.
  • The ability to identify opportunities and convert them into long-term business.
  • Willingness to travel within their region and occasionally internationally.
