About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Cluster Hotel Sales Manager to support the sales strategy across Hotel Football and Stock Exchange Hotel. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality sales professional who is passionate about driving revenue growth, building lasting client relationships, and delivering exceptional commercial results.
Working closely with Director of Sales, hotel management, revenue, marketing, and operations teams, you will identify new business opportunities, maximise occupancy and revenue, and ensure the successful delivery of sales objectives across the hotel cluster.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement proactive sales strategies to increase corporate, group, conference, and leisure business across multiple hotels.
- Build, manage, and grow relationships with corporate clients, travel management companies, tour operators, event organisers, and key stakeholders.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through networking, sales calls, client meetings, and industry events.
- Negotiate corporate contracts, preferred rates, and group bookings to maximise revenue.
- Collaborate with Revenue Management and Marketing teams to optimise sales performance and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular performance reports.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify commercial opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with Director of Sales and Marketing, General Managers and operational teams to ensure an outstanding client experience.
- Represent the hotel group at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Lead, coach, and support sales team members where appropriate to achieve business objectives.
