Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Motor Claims Handler based in Warrington, with the flexibility to work partially from home.
The Motor Claims Handler will be responsible for managing motor claims from initiation to resolution, liaising with clients, insurers, and third parties to ensure efficient claim processing.
Key tasks include gathering information, assessing claims, negotiating settlements, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.
Qualifications
- Claims Handling and Claims Management experience
- Knowledge of Claims processes and insurance industry practices
- Strong Communication skills for interacting with clients and stakeholders
- Attention to detail and ability to effectively manage multiple claims simultaneously
- Proficiency using claims management systems and software
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
