Your Role: As a key member of our Reservations team, you will be the first point of contact for guests booking their rejuvenating experience at Stobo Castle. Your attention to detail, professionalism, and warm personality will ensure each guest feels welcome and valued from their first inquiry to their arrival at the Castle.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to phone and online reservations, providing outstanding customer service and advice on our services.
- Managing bookings and maintaining accurate guest records within our reservations system.
- Assisting with administrative tasks related to guest reservations and bookings.
- Offering recommendations for packages and services based on guest preferences and needs.
- Ensuring all guest requests are accurately recorded and communicated to relevant departments.
- Contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment.
